Depending on how busy our schedule is, we can usually get you scheduled within 3-5 days. You can check our availability online and request an available time slot.

Reports are required to be delivered within 48 hours, but we guarantee report delivery within 24hrs. If the house is unusually large, we may request additional time.

Yes we do! We can get the WDI inspection and sewer scope done at the same time as the home inspection.  We set everything up for you so it's a true "one-stop-shop" experience: One appointment, one invoice, and the reports get published at the same time!

You don't have to be, but we do encourage our clients to come at the end of the inspection, once we have a complete picture of everything. During that time, we can answer any questions you may have and we can look at things together. 

Every house is unique. Pricing is based on several different factors. We use an algorithm that allows us to enter the data and give you a price. Most average size, 3/2 homes cost $500-600. Including all the services we offer, our 2025 average invoice is $775.

We're proud to offer our clients flexible payment options. We provide online invoicing by credit/debit card, ACH transfer, Apple pay, and Google Pay through our secure online payment system. (Cash or check in person is fine as well.)
