Swimming Pool and Spa Inspections

We also perform swimming pool and spa inspections. Our InterNACHI certification in Pool and Spa Inspections, along with on site training from a pool technician, means you will receive  a top quality inspection of your pool and its equipment.  Pool and/or pool equipment can be costly to repair.  Avoid any surprises and get it inspected by an InterNACHI Certified Pool and Spa Inspector.

Click here for important safety information about swimming pools.

Pools are inspected visually and operated in normal operating ranges at the time of inspection. Valves are not operated and some safety equipment (such as heater limit switches) are not tested to prevent possible damage to equipment. Water testing will not be performed. A leak test of the pool shell will not be performed. Underground water lines are not scoped. If these are areas of concern to you, then further evaluation by a qualified pool contractor is recommended. It is always recommended to have a professional perform service, water testing and maintenance to the pool initially.
