We guarantee report delivery within 24hrs on all home inspections. We understand time is of the essence and will make sure you receive your inspection report by the end of the day on the day we inspected the house. (If the house is unusually large, we may request additional time.)

Top Quality Home Inspection

The TREC Standards of Practice establish the minimum requirements for every inspection. Here are the minimum requirements included in every home inspection:

However, we often exceed the minimum standards to provide a higher level of service for our customers. We may use infrared thermography, a moisture meter, combustible gas detector, or a drone.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: A home inspection is a technically non-exhaustive report of all systems and components that are visible and accessible at the time of inspection. No destructive testing or dismantling of components is performed. Not all defects will be identified during the inspection. Unexpected repairs should be anticipated. We do not test for mold, asbestos, lead, or radon. The inspection does not automatically include inspection for wood destroying insects or a sewer camera inspection, but those services are available for purchase as add-on services.
