• We guarantee same day reporting on all home inspections. We understand time is of the essence and will make sure you receive your inspection report by the end of the day on the day we inspected the house.

• We typically will spend at least 3hrs on site because we aim to be thorough and to deliver a top quality inspection report.
• We have free home maintenance manuals available upon request and we will serve as your personal resource on anything inspection-related.

• We have a repair request builder, which allows you to make a punch list of items to be repaired. That list can be exported as a pdf and sent to the seller, given to other contractors, or used as a punch list of home projects for after you move in.
• Our experience in general contracting and flipping houses means we can give you verbal estimates on how much many of the items might cost.
• We offer online booking, online inspection agreements, online invoicing so you can pay by card, and online reports with lots of pictures and comments.

We now offer termite (WDI/WDO) inspections and sewer scopes through a 3rd party, which allows you to bundle your inspections into a package that saves you even more money!

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:  A home inspection is a technically non-exhaustive report of all systems and components that are visible and accessible at the time of inspection. No destructive testing or dismantling of components is performed. Not all defects will be identified during the inspection. Unexpected repairs should be anticipated. We do not test for mold, asbestos, lead, or radon.  The inspection does not automatically include inspection for wood destroying insects or a sewer camera inspection, but those services are available for purchase as add-on services.
