  • REVIEWING FINDINGS - We go through the report and findings with you and your agent after the inspection.
  • DELIVERY WITHIN 24 HOURS - Our full, visual report is delivered within 24 hours of the inspection.
  • EMAIL DELIVERY - We’ll send you an email with a link to the report.
  • MOBILE-FRIENDLY REPORTS - Our modern reports can be viewed on your phone or tablet.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

A home inspection is a technically non-exhaustive report of all systems and components that are visible and accessible at the time of inspection. No destructive testing or dismantling of components is performed. Not all defects will be identified during the inspection. Unexpected repairs should be anticipated. The report does not include inspection for wood destroying insects, mold, lead or asbestos.
